What Is an Integrated ECG Cable?
An integrated ECG cable is a one-piece cable assembly that combines the functions of an ECG trunk cable and detachable ECG leadwires. It connects the monitoring device directly to the patient electrodes without a separate trunk-to-leadwire junction.
This structure reduces the number of detachable interfaces and can simplify cable management when it matches the intended device and clinical workflow. It is not universally interchangeable with a modular trunk-cable system; the monitor connector, pinout, electrode termination and lead configuration must be designed for the exact target system.
